Catalog of Castellinuzza and Piuca – Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Chianti Classico Wine
Classic Chianti is the result of the experience of three generations and the generosity of the Lamole land. The vines, grown on the ancient terraces that turn the landscape into a garden, produce excellent sangiovese and canaiolo grapes.
The vinification takes place in steel. After the racking, the wine rests for about a year in concrete tanks and then is put in bottles for refinement. The wine shows an intense ruby red colour with beautiful violet reflexes, characteristic scent of red berries, a good texture with a harmonious and elegant taste, easy to drink.
Classic Chianti “Riserva”
It is produced with Sangiovese grapes, selected in Piuca vineyard, that is located at over 600 m above sea level, and vinified according to traditional methods in cement tanks. After eight months of aging in used barrique and at least three months of resting in the bottle the wine has a ruby color tending to garnet and an intense, very typical smell with notes of raspberry and cherry, harmonious to the taste, of great structure, savory with smooth tannins.
