The collected data when registering through the completion of the prepared fields and completed with the confirmation of the application for registration, will be processed by computer, the data provision is optional but its refusal will not allow the establishment of the report with Azienda Agricola Castellinuzza e Piuca – P.IVA: 03850810486  and participation in promotional initiatives reserved to registered users.

In addition, navigation data are processed through computer systems and software procedures of this Web site that acquires some personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols. The process will be carried out by collecting, registering, organizing, processing, storing and destroying the data in our paper and electronic archives and transmitting them to specially appointed external agents for the purpose of completing the relationship or contract and for accounting, fiscal, labour, legal and various purposes, in compliance with the provisions contained in Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and Annex B.

The data disclosure is mandatory and any refusal may result in the failure or partial execution of the contract or failure to proceed with the report.

Art. 7- Right of access to personal and other data.

The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if they are not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

  • of the purposes and treatment methods;
  • of the logic applied when processing by means of electronic instruments;
  • of the identification details of the holder, the responsible persons and the designated representative within the meaning of Article 5, paragraph 2;
  • of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of it as appointed representative in the territory of the State, of persons in charge or in charge.

The person concerned has the right to obtain:

  • cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that are not required to be kept in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
