It is produced with Sangiovese grapes, selected in Piuca vineyard, that is located at over 600 m above sea level, and vinified according to traditional methods in cement tanks. The wine has a ruby color tending to garnet and an intense, very typical smell with notes of raspberry and cherry, harmonious to the taste, of great structure, savory with smooth tannins.
