It is produced with 100% Sangiovese grapes, selected in Piuca vineyard, located at over 600 m above sea level, and vinified according to traditional methods in cement tanks. After twelve months of aging in used tonneaux and at least six months of rest in the bottle it has a ruby color tending towards garnet, an intense, very typical bouqut, with notes of red fruits, balanced on the palate, with great structure, fresh and savory with silky and enveloping tannins.
