Our olive oils are all produced with the utmost care and attention. Insecticides are not used in the fields as our olive groves, located more than 500 meters above sea level, are not attacked by the olive fruit fly.
The olives are picked by hand and pressed within three days of collection ensuring an acidity always less than 0.3%
